Ebay listing terms are crazy / not clear/ wordy/ randomly/ selectively enforced. Some of your listings haven't followed our Coupons policy. As a result, we've taken the following actions on your account: - Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items or revise any active items for 30 days. You're also not allowed to register a new account during this time. - Listings that don't follow our policy have been removed. A list of removed item(s) is available further down in this email. - Any fees for listings that were ended early for not following policy won't be credited to your account. Please be aware that your item is not meeting one or more of the below listed conditions:1. Coupons for "free" products: Sellers should avoid selling coupons for products that are "free" (includes coupons where the coupon holder buys some quantity of items at one price and gets some number of items for free).2. Electronic "scanned" coupons: We do allow physical coupons printed on paper, nor coupons that can be sent electronically to the buyer to be printed. Also, we ask sellers not to include unaltered scans of coupons in their listings. These could be copied, printed, and redeemed in stores. This will reduce the potential for coupon fraud. The sale of scanned or photocopied coupons may violate federal copyright laws. 3. Coupons for recalled items / Recalled coupons: Coupons for items that have been recalled by the manufacturer or Coupons that have been recalled by the manufacturer can't be listed on eBay.4. Expired coupons: Collectible coupons that clearly can't be redeemed are allowed; however, sellers can’t present contemporary coupons as Expired Coupons.5. Limits Criteria: There are limits on the number of coupons you may include in a single listing. You may sell up to $100 or 25 valid, unexpired, original coupons per month. (The 25 coupons per month include multi-quantity listings.)Make sure you clearly state in your description how many vouchers you're selling. If we can't tell how many vouchers are offered, the listing violates our policy. To learn more about this policy, go to: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/manufacturers-coupons.html During this restriction, you can still: - Send member messaging - Obtain shipping addresses - Leave feedback - Perform other administrative tasks Please be sure to manage any current listings and to complete any open transactions. After 30 days, your account will no longer be restricted. We also encourage you to use this time to become familiar with our guidelines. Keep in mind that any additional listings that don't follow this policy could result in additional loss of buying and selling privileges or in the suspension of your account. Once eBay suspends an account, the member no longer has any account access. In addition, all active listings are canceled, and members who placed bids on those listings are notified. Therefore, please be sure that your current and future listings, including any items that are relisted automatically, follow these guidelines.
