One big thing i do like about this product is it doesn't have the un-necessary outer plastic seal. You get twice as many pills with 6x more msm in each dose. My patients state 1500 mg is what they need to reduce joint and back pain. Many will take Osteo Bi Flex over their pain meds. I was given this item as a sample in exchange for a fair and honest review.
